For many self-love is elusive and unimaginable and yet it is an essential element in our spiritual growth and well being.

Very often the lack of self-love causes us to feel deep hurt, pain, isolation and confusion. Self-love leads to healing, forgiveness and freedom. If I could give everyone self-love and help them lead more joyful lives then I would do this in an instant. However Self-Love can only be given to you by yourself. Please give yourself this special gift. Please allow yourself self- love.

I have been asked many times “How can I love myself?!” And so now I have teamed up with the beautiful Ascended Master Quan Yin to bring you the “The Quan Yin Self- Love Online Course” which will bring insights and a way forward for those who seek greater levels of self-love.
